Formalities

On the day of your booking please arrive 15 minutes early and advise the range staff of your arrival. Please note that late arrival will result in your booking being forfeited. Our address is 30 Power Street, St Marys, 2760.

Your instructor will provide you with a P650 and Waiver form which you will need to complete and sign.

The P650 (NSW Police requirement) form contains a number of personal questions and if the answer to any question is ‘YES’ you will not be allowed to shoot or handle any firearms until approval is received from the NSW Police. Falsification of answers can lead to criminal prosecution.

International visitors will be required to supply a current passport as identification. An international driver’s license cannot be accepted as adequate identification.

There is zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs.

Juniors

Juniors aged between 12 and 17 years old will require a parent or legal guardian to be present with suitable identification to sign the P650 form and release of liability form on their behalf. The junior must also bring identification (birth certificate, passport or official school photo ID).

What to wear

You are advised to wear enclosed footwear and we recommend that you do not wear low cut tops or singlets. The air flow
on the firing line comes directly from outside so please dress accordingly for the days weather. Hearing and eye
protection will be provided to you.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice from your booking date will receive a full refund. Please note that a refund request must be submitted via email.
  • Rescheduling with more than 7 days’ notice from your booking date will be accommodated where possible without further charge. Please note that a rescheduling requests must be submitted via email.
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice from your booking date will result in the loss of your booking with no refund.
  • Rescheduling cannot be accommodated with less than 7 days' notice.
  • Failure to attend your scheduled booking will result in loss of your booking with no refund.
  • Any bookings paid for by voucher cannot be refunded, only rescheduled.
