Our introduction to rifle shooting courses are a great way for new shooters to familiarise themselves with the sport. Instructors cover a range of topics from sighting in to cleaning procedures, and are happy to field any other questions you may have.
Sessions run for two hours and the fee is $120 for SSAA members, $180 for non-members, excluding booking fees. Rifle hire and 50rds of ammunition are included in this fee. Use of your own rimfire rifle is optional.
You will need to provide your own hearing and eye protection, and closed footwear is mandatory.
Please note: To participate you need to hold a category A Firearms Licence.
