St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre is open seven days a week (except Public Holidays). We are open from 10am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 6pm on Sunday.
Ranges open at 10am everyday. Cease Fire is called at 9:45pm Monday to Saturday, and 5:45pm on Sundays.
$30.20 – SSAA member (must present proof of membership)
$42.00 – Non SSAA member

St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre operates under an energy and a calibre limit.
The maximum permissible Muzzle Energy as per the SMISC Range Approval is 7000 Joules (5160 ft lbs).
No ammunition (factory or reloaded) exceeding this limit is permitted for use on the range.
The following calibre limits also apply:
- Air pellet of a calibre up to .50" (12.7mm)
- Rimfire of a calibre up to .22"
- Pistol of a calibre up to .45"
- Rifle of a calibre up to .50" (12.7mm)
All parameters of ammunition must fall within these specified energy and calibre limits to be permissible for use on the range.
Any patron who utilised ammunition outside of the specified parameters will be held personally liable for any and all damages that may result.

St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre holds regular Try Shooting Days where newcomers are able to try shooting under the careful guidance of Range Safety Officers. For more information about upcoming Try Shooting Days please call the Range on 02 8889 0406
Absolutely. Interstate firearms licences are accepted at St Marys however it is a requirement you have your own firearms to use.
Interstate Pistol Shooters must present proof of current Pistol Club membership.
International visitors should contact the NSW Firearms Registry on 1300 362 562 to enquire about obtaining a permit. If you are unable to obtain a permit you will only be allowed to take part on a designated Try Shooting day.
Yes. St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre has a number of Safe Storage lockers approved by the NSW Firearms Registry that can be rented by club members.
Long-term dealership storage is also available.

Not at the St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre. All unlicensed shooters must go through our Try Shooting program. SSAA Silverdale Range does allow it via pre-bookings, please ring 02 4653 1440.
