Try Shooting Packages

St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre offers a range of try shooting packages. You will be supervised one-to-one by an instructor during shooting activities.

P650 Section B Sample

All participants of the Try Shooting Program will be required to complete a NSW Police P650 form which includes a declaration about criminal history and mental health issues. Individuals who would need to answer "yes" to any question in Section B are ineligible to participate.

Try Shooting Terms and Conditions

On the day of your booking please arrive 15 minutes early and advise the range staff. You will provide photo ID. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Enclosed footwear is required.

An important warning about the P650 form

All persons participating in Try Shooting must complete a NSW Police Force Firearms Registry P650 Declaration – Person shooting on an Approved Range or undertaking a Firearms Safety Training Course.

This form is a LEGAL DECLARATION.

These forms are audited directly by NSW POLICE.

You must read and understand all sections and declare information TRUTHFULLY.

False declarations or statements may lead to CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION.

If you are at all unsure about any part of the P650 Declaration form, you MUST seek advice from the NSW Firearms Registry or facility staff before making a booking.

Bookings are essential!

All sessions allow for two participants and can take up to 75 minutes with the time shared between the participants. Only one participant is on the range at a time.

All participants of the Try Shooting Program will be required to complete a P650 form and liability waiver on the day of their shoot in the presence of our instructors.
